Mobile application to improve the sales process
- I analyzed the current sales process, identified pain points for dealers, and pinpointed areas for improvement.
- Designed mobile app screens and flows with the latest trends, including a scanning feature for serial numbers and driving license scans, and the use of bottom navigation to improve the user experience.
- Worked with the product owner to gather requirements and created high-fidelity mock-ups, workflows, and interactive prototype using Figma.
- Prepared usability testing scripts for John Deere User Group with product owners to conduct usability testing sessions with dealers to obtain real feedback on the application.
